So many people will tell you that you need to take action in order to succeed in life. If you do have your natal chart created, just take a look at where is your Mars and when will some planet make a transit over it. Once a year, it will be Sun, and every month it will the Moon. So, each month you will have sufficient emotional (Moon) energy (Mars) to do something new with your life. Just watch the transits and utilize that day!
If you really wanted, you could engage yourself in one of those 30 days trials and experiments. You do not need anybody else for that: just set up a goal to learn or do something new, make it a project, tab out the days from 1 to 30 and be prepared. Make a journal or a diary and be honest with yourself. Some days you will find yourself doing something entirely else, and some days you will be completely absorbed with your new goals. Both are OK, as long you strive to make progress. If you do find, in the first half, that you are not commited to the project, leave it at that. Decide that the project is not for you anyhow, call it a test and be done with it.
Mars needs guidance from Saturn and that is why Mars is at its best at the sign of Capricorn. You must take action but not just any action. You must back it up with your emotions, which will come from the conjunction of the Moon and the natal Mars, and you will need a plan. Only then unleash your Mars and the results will follow!

The thread is about Mike Filsaime’s offer for a printed book from one his courses, in exchange for the price of handling and shipping. If you ordered this, then he would lock you into a montly subscription for a printed magazine on Internet Marketing. Many peopla found that disgusting, and Ed Dale has promoted this to the group of 30DC members, most of whom do not even know who Mike Filsaime is.

I have read this thread with great interest. There are reasons why Mike Filsaime put his offer the way he did.
1) It is all about list building.
2) Email lists are not as powerful as they used to be.
3) Your email list will erode in time and you constantly have to get new people on the list.
4) Members of an email list can leave the list with one click.
5) Members of a snail mail list are usually there forever, it is very difficult to change your physical address.
6) Therefore, wise marketeers (as well as those with pockets full from past Internet marketing successes) are now offering their products in tangible form, and when you order you have to pay for the shipping and handling. This price often makes them profit right from the start, because if they only send you a DVD for 6 bucks, the costs of replicating and postage are around 1 or 2 bucks, no more. But the main goal is to get their physical address.
6) This is in essence why Mike and others are now offering something for $5 or $6.
7) The rest of the problems with this particular offer (six or eight “you will see me only once” offers in row) is just the downfall of this particular marketeer, he did not have to put it up the way he did, but he did… not realizing that the number of people that he will alienate in the process will be enormous. Not the way people want to do business.
8) Very recently, on the 15th of August 2008, Frank Kern did something similar, offering 2000 printed copies for a small price. But it was done in style, with very useful promotional videos and with no strings attached, so kudos to him. This is the way people want to do business.
9) The best business is a repeat business. On the Internet, you can achieve that through a list or through a membership site, and you should best have both. This is what Ed is doing here, that is what Mike Filsaime actually does when he is not stunning the world with moves such the one that we have discussed here.
